We have all heard during our chipping lessons that you must get the ball rolling on the green as soon as possible We have heard it from our golfing buddies to our local PGA Professional

We have all heard during our chipping lessons that you must get the ball rolling on the green as soon as possible. We have heard it from our golfing buddies to our local PGA Professional. Is it always a good idea to get the ball rolling as soon as possible and why is everyone so emphatic that this happens?

Once you have missed the green, you first must decide which type of shot you need to hit. Here are the questions that you need to be asking yourself to get the most from your chipping lesson to determine what type of shot you need to perform:

What does your lie look like? You hear this all of the time, especially on TV. What they are basically referring to is how much of the back of the golf ball can you see or will be able to get the clubface to the ball without any grass interfering between the two. This will be one of the factors that determines whether you end up chipping or pitching the ball onto the putting green.

What is the distance to the putting green and to the hole? You will need to factor the distance off the green as well as the distance form the edge of the green to the flag. Keeping in mind that the ball will be flying low and rolling out quite a ways once it hits the green, the farther off the green you find yourself then the more green you will need to work with on the shot.

Is the putting green going uphill or downhill where you want to land the ball? You must realize not all putting greens are created equal. Rarely will you have a straight or flat chip to the hole. This means that the slopes and undulations on the putting green will not only affect the roll of your chip but maybe your shot selection as well. If you are looking to land your ball on a spot that has severe slope to it, you may want to change that spot to a flatter one, if available. This could change the type of shot you are going to need to make. However, it is much easier to control how far your ball will roll when it lands on a flat surface.

If the ball does not go in the hole, where do I want the ball to finish? There are really two sides to this. Most players understand that you want to have the ball stop close to the hole. True. However, what most players do not understand is that you also would like to have the remainder be and UPHILL putt. Why? Would you want a three foot uphill or a three foot down hill putt? Without question, the answer is I want an uphill putt.

Have we answered the question .Is it always a good idea to get the ball rolling as soon as possible?. The answer lies in the spot you are attempting to land the golf ball. If it is on a severe slope you are better off to pick out a spot that is flatter and you can better control the roll of the golf ball once it hits the putting green.

In the current state of affairs, saving money on gas while increasing gas mileage is a big deal Sure, you can follow the age-old advice handed down by your father and grandfather

In the current state of affairs, saving money on gas while increasing gas mileage is a big deal. Sure, you can follow the age-old advice handed down by your father and grandfather. They’d tell you to brake less, step on the gas a little slower, make sure your tires have plenty of air in them, whenever you can coast-do it, step on the gas only when going downhill, go easy on the gas when going uphill, instead of taking multiple trips or different trips when running errands, try combining them so that you are going to multiple places in one or two trips. Lighten the load. You’ve probably heard these countless times. In fact, you might be comparing this same age-old advice to your children by now.

But the fact of the matter with all those pearls of wisdom is that deep down, you realize that you, at best, will probably only save a couple of gallons by performing all those little things, out of every fill-up. What a big waste of time all that is, for so little return. Is it really even worth it? I’m sure what you’re after, what would cause a big old smile to crack through the creases of that concerned face you’ve been sporting, is to look at your odometer and then at your gas guage, and to notice something real, something significant.

Well, I found something you might want to take a closer look at. Taking a stroll across the worldwide web, I’ve run across a few websites that show the possibility of using alternative fuel sources to run your car’s engine. More specifically, these sides are talking about using water as the alternative fuel source. Not to sound misleading, these sites are not talking about pumping pure H20 into the gas tank, foregoing your local neighborhood gas station altogether, although that would be nice. No, these sites are advocating the use of hydrogen conversion kits.

Skeptics abound, of course, but they are often complaining about the misconception of the car’s seemingly losing 100% water instead of mixing hydrogen with the gas. But I’m wondering how long these skeptics are going to grumble when they have to pump more and more money from their wallets to their tanks in the weeks and months ahead.

If you have a scientific bent to your disposition you could probably take to the material quickly, but even if you failed science class miserably, I think I can run through the concept with you now, and you’d walk away with a fairly decent understanding of how “water cars” operate.

As I said above, you’re not exactly mixing hydrogen-or water- in with the gas in your tank. Instead, what’s happening is you are placing a small conversion kit inside your car’s engine that will use a small electric current from your car battery, sending it to a little container of water.

Why the electric current? This is where high school science and chemistry would be useful. Essentially, you use an electric current to split apart water molecules, taking the hydrogen parts and separating them from the oxygen molecules. This creates what is called HHO gas. This gas is then sent to the intake system of your car’s engine. Here it mixes with the air/fuel mixture that is already there, and it’s burn, baby, burn. More efficient and clean.

It’s that simple. The best part is that all the parts you need to put a kit in your car yourself (or by a trusted mechanic) can be found at your local hardware store, and only for the price of a tankful of gas. So you’d get your investment returned to you quickly.

Becoming an exhibitor at an industry trade show or conference can be quite expensive. Try these top tips to make the most of your marketing return on investment (ROI):

Before the Show:

Carefully select the shows you will participate in - Are show attendees really good prospects for your services or products? Remember, it’s preferable to have a lesser number of highly qualified leads at a conference than a large amount of those that don’t fit the profile.

Set goals - You must know what you hope to achieve in order to gauge your success. Sales, management and marketing should all be part of the selection of top goals for an exhibition.

Plan in writing - The overall plan should include an agenda with tasks designated. Make sure your managers have signed off on your plan, and don’t procrastinate until the deadline looms.

Create a primary message - The best exhibits illustrate a single message very well. This strategy works better than the frazzled image presented when businesses try to do too much.

Design an attractive booth - To draw attendees into your exhibit area, make sure it isn’t blocked. If you have enough room, offer comfortable seating to encourage visitors to stay a while. Sharp graphic design and compelling headlines entice prospects to swing by for more info.

Invite known prospects - Before the show begins, send mailouts to your lists, including free passes to the exhibition. Trade show managers usually provide these passes to exhibitors. Just before the time of the event, call out to your invitees to remind them to come by to visit, offering a good reason to do so.

Merchandise your participation - Offer a complimentary show pass with your correspondences. Add taglines to your outgoing emails, for example, “Come by and visit us at Booth 215 at the Exports Expo. Just ask us for a free ticket to the show floor.” Send invitations to important reporters, offering to schedule interview slots with your key staff members. Include an article in the company newsletter which lists the conference and trade show schedule as known.

Train exhibit staff - Staff members must understand what their roles are and what they will need to do in order to get the best ROI on the show. This includes the detail of information about new news products and services, along with the overall company objectives. Create a custom lead form for staff to offer, which includes qualifying questions for your prospects.

During the Show

Create a booth identity - Consistent uniforms identify your staff members. You can create traffic-building recognition through pre-show mailouts which are in the same style.

Live demos - Demos attract people to your exhibit and teach them more about the offerings of your business. This is also a great way to communicate to a larger number of attendees at the same time.

Record prospect information - Remind booth staff that the main objective of the show is to generate sales leads. Ask that employees record what they come to learn about the problems and needs of the visitors who come by. Be sure they understand the importance of collecting contact info when possible, even offering incentives or rewards to those staff members who collect the most leads during the event.

After the Show

Send materials immediately - Follow-up information should be ready to send out before the show even begins. When requested, fax, mail, or email material to new leads immediately. Quick response time creates the opportunity to get a step ahead of your competitors.

Help prospects take the next step - Be sure that the info you send out shows respondents what the next step is, and what to do to take it. This includes listing all the possible ways that they can contact you.

Follow-up - The primary objective is to create winning relationships and continue to qualify your prospects. Offer them something of value in exchange for more information from them about their situation and needs. This could be a paper, a guide, or an invite to a conference or webinar.

Track leads to the sale - Did your prospects make a purchase? How much was it? Use this info to illustrate ROI to business management, in order to increase the chances of getting conference budget approval the following year.

Complete an evaluation - Take a look back after each event, and think about what worked and what did not. Collect constructive criticism about the event and ask sales staff and others about their impressions and observations. This kind of feedback will assist you in maximizing the benefit of shows in the future, including the overall return on your marketing budget.

When there is no supplier in your direct neighborhood you can always try to get them online More and more people are trying to have a go at home brewing these days making all kinds of drinks, things like soft drinks, root beer, wine and beer

When there is no supplier in your direct neighborhood you can always try to get them online. More and more people are trying to have a go at home brewing these days making all kinds of drinks, things like soft drinks, root beer, wine and beer. Some of them will not have a hard time to find all the ingredients they need because they have a shop in their neighborhood where it can be bought. A lot of other people are not that fortunate because the nearest shop for them would be miles and miles away, this could result in the fact that they will not take on this lovely hobby of brewing their own beverages. These days however that would not need to a problem anymore, seeing that most people have a way to get on the internet, from their own home or through an internet cafe, where they can order all the supplies they need from the comfort of a chair. People who order through the internet even have more choice in products. Another benefit is that often these web sites have recipes online that you can use if you want to step away the standard ones you used when you just started with this hobby.

How do you brew?

The equipment that you are going to need depends on what you are going to brew, beer, wine, soft drinks etc. If this is the first time you start to brew anything you have a choice of different starter kits that are out there these days, making it a lot easier to try something out before spending a lot of money. If you are already brewing for some time and you want to start doing your own recipes without the need of the starter kit packs you will need some more expensive equipment.

Brewing at home is not something that has begun a few years back, it has been around for thousands of years. During the prohibition days in the United States this hobby was very popular as you can imagine, but for some years now it is again becoming very popular. The companies online today were not around 20 years ago, they are there because the demand has increased the last couple of years.

Always the right tools

There will always be people who will not start with home brewing due to the stories they were told about stills that have blown up ones they got under pressure. When you use the right equipment and abide to the instructions you get for operating them there is very little that can go wrong. Don’t be afraid that you will be homeless because the keg your brew is in will blow up.

Turning sugar into alcohol that is the basis of a home brew, and this all happens through fermentation. Using a starter kit, a siphon and a fermentor us all that you need to turn out your first batch of beer or wine.

All can be bought at an online home brew store. And if you forget something you don’t have to go out the door again to the store, you just turn on your PC and go to the online store and get some more supplies. Not having a local shop around is no longer an excuse not to start with this wonderful hobby.

Real estate investment by foreigners has boomed in the recent years The investment has been supported by the government as Panama has one of the most interesting tourist destinations and has been tagged as one of the best places to retire

Real estate investment by foreigners has boomed in the recent years. The investment has been supported by the government as Panama has one of the most interesting tourist destinations and has been tagged as one of the best places to retire. These facts have been proven by the increase of foreigners relocating in the country. These foreigners do not only live in Panama by renting properties, but they are much more buying their own properties and establishing businesses. If you are wondering why, here are the top ten reasons to invest in Panama real estate.

1. The government provides Pensionado programs where foreigners can apply for Pensionado Visa. With the minimum requirement of 500 dollars monthly pension, the foreigner can already be eligible with the Visa and will be entitled discounts of goods and services including property loans and acquisition, utility bills, home mortgages, and bills from professional services.

2. To invest in Panama real estate is easy as there are no required special permits, registration or authorization for you to qualify as investor.

3. Acquiring real estate is tax free for 5 to 20 years depending on the location and the type of property.

4. Invest in Panama real estate with a solid economy. Panama has been known as the financial center in America with about 150 international banks. Because of the control of Panama Canal, Panama has been growing in GDP and expected to soar more in the coming years as global trade in the Canal is increasing.

5. Currency is stable as it uses dollar bills.

6. You will feel safe when you invest in Panama real estate because crime rate is low. Except for some areas in Panama City and Colon, there are not much crimes going on around Panama which makes investment safe.

7. Convenient cost of living is an advantage when you invest in Panama real estate because goods and services are basically cheap. Aside from the fact that your utilities, bills, and materials are very affordable, your money will still go along way for other investment opportunities.

8. When you invest in Panama real estate, it will either be used for residential or commercial uses that will not be idle with all the attractions and activities in Panama. There are many interesting things to do and places to visit in Panama so surely, your property will be used either for personal use or for rentals and other business opportunities.

9. There are still many places that are underdeveloped or undeveloped so there are still lots of opportunities to invest in Panama real estate. The place is not yet crowded and most areas in the coastlines are still inhabited.

10. Panama has one of the best medical cares in Central America so living here would be worthwhile, which would be a good reason to invest in Panama real estate.

With these ten reasons to invest in Panama real estate, you surely would find little reasons why not to. While real estate is still in the booming stage, it is best to grab opportunities as they are still available.

Soap nuts have a long history when it comes to treating skin conditions such as eliminating freckles, erasing fine lines, and ridding cracks in the skin. Soap nuts have been used for generations in India to treat eczema and psoriasis effectively and in the past few decades have been used in Europe with very positive results. The best thing about using soap nuts is that they are safe and effective for people that are allergic to even the mildest form of astringents or cleansers that are purchased in the stores. In most cases, even the cleansers that are labeled allergy free or for sensitive skin can be damaging to sufferers of eczema and psoriasis. Soap nuts have also been used in the United States for people who have been diagnosed with these skin conditions.

Soap Nuts for Eczema?

It has always been recommended that people with skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis should not use any type of cleansers on their skin. This is almost impossible considering that cleansers are in just about everything that is used commonly around the household and it is said that people who suffer from these types of skin conditions should try to avoid anything labeled as a detergent or soap. Soap nuts are among the list of herbs and minerals in Ayurvedic shampoos and cleansers and they are used in Ayurvedic medicine as a treatment for eczema and psoriasis. Eczema affects both males and females alike and age is not a factor. Common symptoms of mild eczema can include dry, hot and itchy skin but more severe forms of the condition can result in the skin becoming raw, broken and bleeding.

Helping Eczema & Psoriasis

Rather than having to resort to prescription medicine to treat your eczema and psoriasis, first try ground soap nut husks as they provide a totally natural chemical free detergent for treatment. Soap nuts are recommended for babies and for people who develop allergies to conventional washing products, as they contain no allergenic substances. This is extremely important for those who suffer from skin disorders because many times the clothes that are being washed can trigger the skin condition and cause it to worsen. Soap nuts are all natural and have no smell to them which is the main reason that they are so successful in ridding skin disorders and preventing future outbreaks.

Soap Nut Studies

Many studies have proven that some people who have eczema have had their problems diminish after switching to soap nuts as a laundry detergent and as a skin cleanser. Soap nuts lead to stable soapy foam when they come in contact with water. Saponin
